My ankles got swollen on vacation, a red rash on occasion. after 7 hr flight overnight friday during which i had severe leg pain, still swollen.

You should have : A venous duplex/ultrasound and make sure there is no blood clot in t hat painful leg. (This should be done ASAP and is considered a medical emergency)
