Hard to say: Those symptoms could represent a number of things: insect bites, skin infection, drug rash. A picture is worth a thousand words - and seeing your health provider is best to determine the cause.

Bites or rash: The word rash is used for a wide variety of skin disorders, and is really not a medical terminology. Bites could be called skin rashes by a lay person. It's like asking bites or botches. You would need to provide a complete history and then be examined before a doctor can help you with this.
