Can i use cephalexin antibiotics for white spots on tonsil?

Maybe: Cephalexin (Keflex) is an antibiotic that treats mostly gram positive skin infections. Tonsil infections can be strep or staph and this should help but can also be a type of gram negative infection in which case this antibiotic would be ineffective. It is helpful to know what you are treating with a culture of the spot.
