Early OB US: Hopefully the repeat US in one week will show some improvement and a fetal heart beat. We are concerned when the sac seems to be collapsing that a miscarriage may be coming. The Progesterone wont hurt anything . I'm not sure what BP means but I am presuming you don't mean your Blood Pressure is 200.
