No: Progesterone will only help regularize the periods it does not improve the fertility chance. You should be taking ovulation induction drugs under the supervision of reproductive endocrinologist.

Bleeding at 5w4d, gynae did transvaginal scan, saw a heartbeat, prescribed 400mg progesterone (Utrogestan) for 4 days and now 200mg. My progesterone levels were normal/high at 105. Why do I have to keep taking it? Causing extreme nausea & fatigue.
