5w pregnant,had ultrasound yesterday which showed irregular shaped sac, fetal pole seen but no cardiac activity. put on cyclogest (progesterone). what are my chances?

Findings: It might be early enough to still see a viable pregnancy. I would ask your doctor to get two quantative hcg levels 48 hours apart. If dropping then this isn't a viable pregnancy.
