How reliable is an ekg in diagnosing heart trouble? maybe i am needlessly worrying but i had one yesterday - normal - but i still don't feel well

EKG: The EKG is good at detecting many electrical abnormalities of the heart. Other options are more useful for looking at structural problems. Additionally, not feeling well may not be cardiac related at all - difficult to say without more specifics.
