34f, tests done in sept, high cholesterol, normal ekg. vaxxed w/moderna booster, 1 week w/o drinking, yesterday drank 4 wine glasses (10 days since vax). bad tachychardia on night after drinking, feeling as if heart still beating faster than usual?

Do not drink alcohol. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
