Prior injury: What you are describing an old injury that occurred to the brain. It may be related to your headaches, bes to discuss with your doctor.

Small stroke: It means there is a very small, old stroke there. Speak with your doctor about this, it is uncommon in young people. You may need to be checked for hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hypercoagulability, and others. Sometimes migraine is an association. There may be no identifiable cause.
