Apply: what you learned in therapy so far. Therapy is meant to provide an enduring set of skills and new capabilities. You had therapy during school year, try to apply what you learned now. Be open-minded. Therapy works even when you are not seeing a therapist every week. Both therapy and medication can help.

Reach out: Find support groups where you can get help or be able to volunteer to help others. That could be a healing outlet for you, helping those in similar situations. Keep busy. Read, exercise. I find swimming especially relaxing for stress. You have to breathe when swimming, that is the only thing you focus on, no diversion, no sad music.

Meditation?: Slow breathing (6 per minute) causes a nerve in your chest (Vegas nerve) to allow the release of hormones that will relax you and lower your anxiety.. Although meditation with music and candles and incense and chanting is an ancient art that could take years to learn... Simply breathing at 6 breaths per minute for 10 minutes will help. www.anxietybc.com/sites/default/files/CalmBreathing.pdf
