Safer to see Dr.: It would be much safer for you to see your physician, so that the reasons for your sleep disturbance can be determined and personalized help can be provided. Otherwise, you're just suppressing something that may need more care. Is it possible you're using stimulating substances -- either prescribed or otherwise?
