Depression: Depression has many ways it can present. Not all people have classic crying episodes and outright depression symptoms. Realizing you may be depressed is not a bad thing, and it can help knowing your issues to begin the journey of treatment. I would see a dr. to start and let them know your feelings. There are several areas that can be started to help you including therapy, meds, counseling.

See Primary Care 1st: As long as your not suicidal, starting with your primary care provider to check for Thyroid and other neuroendocrine disorders. Noticed you're on an acid blocker so B12 levels should also be evaluated. If you have suicidal thoughts then see Psychiatrist ASAP
