plantar wart for around 4 months now,cluster together on one foot but same foot their are small ones. would i get all of them cut out at the same time?

Warts: If conservative care is exhausted , then surgical resection can be a good option. I use a CO2 laser for this when needed as it is much more precise than conventional surgery with a scalpel blade .

Yes: Yes, if you are going to have them removed, then all of them should be removed.
