Visit his doc/derm: These seldom respond to over the counter treatments but there are some available. These are different than regular warts by having most of the wart below surface level. Your pediatrician may/ not have a liquid CO2 pen to treat it, or the chemicals that can gradually remove it. A local dermatologist would usually have several options for removal. More than one visit is often needed to get it all
