Put antibiotic : Ointment and bandage it up....if it is bleeding elevate your foot and apply Ice to help stop and apply a compressive bandage...look for signs of infection and if you develop see doctor.

I would put duoderm: on the hole. And keep clean with 1/2 hydrogen peroxide/ 1/2 water. If healing fine just continue til heals, but if getting red, warm, discharge or not healing , see dermatologist.

Plantar warts: Plantar warts have a deep core that are painful. I would clean off your foot, and then soak it in warm water and epsom salts to further clean out any debris. Then cover it with a paced bandage to keep it clean. The skin will grow out and begin to heal within 24 hours. If it is still painful, seek medical attention. Make sure to wear white soaks so no dye gets into the wound.
