Do plantar warts have a clear liquid in them as they are growing? or is it possible for athletes foot to have clear bumps, also in clusters?

Warts-no fluid: warts are quite solid. Fluid filled slin lesions ( vessicle) can be from blistering or a condition called hyperhidrosis- call for an examination.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
