Could a 50cent-sized, soft-flatish, swollen looking lump, behind my watch on the right top of the forearm, with thumb and elbow pain be nerve related?

The area or pain or numbness is the top of the thumb and index finger & also the Web space between them. Tapping on the area with Ur index finger should reproduce the symptoms.
