Neuroma?: Time to see your Dr for examination to determine why you are having unusual symptoms in your arm. Cannot tell definitively over Internet--might be lymph node over / pushing on nerve, could be growth or cyst from nerve, could be from prior trauma or even infection--needs a good history and exam to know for certain.
