Hurt my wrist waiting 2 weeks xrays , 4 days later experiencing elbow pain and forearm and some shoulder pain swollen hand.. what could this mean?

Need doctor's advice: It is not clear as to the injury but the wrist can be the starting point and the swelling can occur from limited use. Need to be evaluated for the entire arm and see if xrays are necessary and best treatment. Best wishes.
