You can eat spicy: Spicy food has nothing to do with hematuria but you should be checked to try to find the cause of the microhematuria.

Hematuria: Spicy food will not affect hematuria. Diet should be mostly fruit and vegetable. Avoid saturated fat. Minimize animal protein to 3 ounces per day. Make sure BP is less than 130/80.
