Is there such thing as a ultrasound for kidney? i have microscopic hematuria. urine 500++

Yes: Ultrasound of the kidney is relatively quick, painless, and uses no ionizing radiation, so it is often the first imaging study performed to evaluate the kidneys. It may identify a potential cause of the hematuria. If it doesn't, further tests may need to be done.
