Voice treatment: Without more specific complains,it seems you may have two different problems,vibrating voice may be vocal cord polyps,lump in front could be anything from lymph nodes to thyroid nodule or cyst related to thyroid,IF the voice is hoarse,it would be an entirely different ,question,and if the mass is hard,you need to be seen soon,your G.P or emergency room can evaluate you and consider CT scan .
