Discuss w. urologist: Hope you had urodynamic studies, cystoscopy & full discussion before you had bladder neck incision at such young age. Known complications of retrograde ejaculation (semen goes backwards) & urinary incontinence should have been on operative consent form. Do you have operative consent forms in Turkey? Why do you have hydronephrosis? Possible neurogenic bladder. Consider urologic second opinion.
