See Urologist: Depends on what urodynamics showed. Nerve issues can cause over and under active bladders. Get the cysto and then follow advice. Good meds to calm bladder down if that is the issue. On the other hand, if your bladder is hypoactive there are some things you can consider (bethanachol, interstim etc.).
