Depends: It depends on if the surgery is done only to correct incontinence, or if you have repair of prolapse (dropping). Also, it depends on what type of activities you want to do. In general the healing to return to most daily activities is 2-6 weeks. Heavy lifting or strenuous exercise may have to be delayed for several months because it takes the body this long to form scar tissue.
