Stress can cause a: myriad of physical and emotional problems. Before assuming they are all psychosomatic, it is important to rule out any physical issues that need to be treated, even if emotional issues play a significant role in causation. If your doctor finds no physical problem speak to a psychologist and start removing the stressors and learning to relax to prevent physical issues from arising.
