Yes it is possible: some say the Jarisch-herxheimer reaction stops after abour 1-2 weeks, however, it all depends on the person and the body's ability to detoxify rapidly. To be sure press down on your sinuses to see whether you do have tenderness. In addition, when you bend down ( bent over forward) do you feel pressure in your sinuses, if so. . then what you are experiencing may be actual sinus headaches.
