Go with ENT: Prematurity is not a risk factor for an AV malformation. More likely tinnitus or other ENT problem.

Brain AVM: It is rare to have a brain arteriovenous malformation (AVM) even in patients who where born prematurely. Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) is not a common symptom of brain AVMs. Headaches, seizures, and bleeding in the brain are the most common presenting symptoms. An MRI/MRA of the brain is an excellent screening test for brain AVMs.
