Fish oil: Fish oil can naturally lower triglycerides. But your blood pressure is much too high at 160/120. You need to have that addressed by your primary care doctor soon. There are no natural blood pressure products that will lower it enough. You likely need medication.

Diet , weight loss: with this level you probably need medication , but try 1- daily exercise 2- olive oil 3- fish oil 4-weighty loss 5-control you blood pressure 6-watch diet and restrict fatty food recheck in in a month the problem with TG once it is more than 500 it can cause pancreatitis, and that can be dangerous
