Long-acting drug: Chlordiazepoxide has a very long half-life, and also has very active metabolites. The clinical effect of the drug can last a day or more, and the drug and its metabolites can be detected, in regular long-term users, for a week or more in body fluids. You only list Librium as your medication for PTSD. You might talk to your doctors about use of SSRI/SNRI antidepressants which may be helpful.

Long: depending on the situation, Librium can stay in your body from a few hours to more than a day. Another problem is that inside of your body it turns into another product, that can stay from 3-4 days to more than a week. do not take a lot. Good luck

Depending on: how much you took and for how long before the test. Blood Test 10-50 hrs. Librium has a long elimination life, allowing the drug to stay in the body even couple weeks.

Relatively long: on one hand, Librium is one of the medium to longer acting benzodiazepines. on the other hand, it is difficult to answer your question directly. it remains in your buddy for a very long time (3-5 days) in the form of multiple metabolites. and, at the same time, you might not FEEL is working more than a few hours. It also depends on your tolerance. Usually, we give it 1-5 times per day
