Tegretol timing?: Typically, when dosing tegretol to treat bipolar disorde, it is doses twice daily (split). However, the best way to take your tegretol is the way your doctor told you to take it. If you're not sure what instructions s/he gave, give it doc a call for clarification !:) be well :)
