Infertility : An HSG ( hysterosalpinogram) is an X-ray test used to evaluate the uterine cavity and fallopian tubes, commonly performed as part of an infertility evaluation.

HSG: Usually infertility to see if Fallopian tubes are blocked or if there are other uterine anomalies. Sometimes to see if tubal ligation was successful.
