Doctor i did hsg test it shows limited peritoneal spillage. what does it mean?

Tube check : Spillage means the dye got all the way through your tube to the womb. If there's a problem the dye will have trouble getting through but for the exact interpretation of whether this is significant for you in terms of your fertility investigation please see the doctor who ordered it

HSG: Peritoneal spillage means the Fallopian tubes are patent/open. I'm not sure what they mean by "limited". Do they describe anything else in the report?
