HSG testing ?'s: An HSG (hysterosalpingogram) is a test for infertility (tubal obstruction) and will have no effect directly on your intrinsic ovulatory cycle. The "dye" is harmless to your regulatory hormonal mechanisms. If pregnancy after an HSG is possible, obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy.
