Here ya go: Entomophobia (also known as insectophobia) is a specific phobia of one or more classes of insect. More specific cases included apiphobia (fear of bees) and myrmecophobia (fear of ants).

Agree: with Dr. Finkelstein. Many people have some level of discomfort with a variety of insects (especially those that bite or sting). However, if you have an insect phobia - that means that the degree of fear is irrational and that the fear is negatively impacting your life. Take care.
