Atroiza is an: anti HIV medication. If you are in a committed monogamous relationship and neither of you have HIV, it would not make sense to take this. I suspect that someone has been cheating! You should ask and then reconsider your long term relationship goals. If you have been exposed to HIV you should seek the advise and management of a health care provider, not your BF.

Atroiza is a combination pill containing three HIV drugs. Do you have an HIV infection? Not clear what is occurring here, and recommend you contact a local doctor ASAP. This needs full clarity.
