Agoraphobia: You need to arrange an appointment with your doctor, or with a psychiatrist, who can help you with this problem. You are not alone in this and it can be successfully treated, but not by taking a specific "pill." get going before this becomes a bigger problem. Good luck!

Agoraphobia: The condition you're asking about is "agoraphobia, " and is often (not always) accompanied by panic disorder. Psychiatrists and psychotherapists can help with this through appropriate medications and targeted psychotherapy that helps you deal with the anxiety. Cognitive behavioral therapy is one of those talk therapies. You get the best chance of recovery if using both; not just a medicine alone.

Fear: Agoraphobia. Many treatments are available, most helpful would be cognitive behavior therapy plus medications such as ssris. Discuss with your primary doc.
