A long time ago i hurt my ankle and it still causes me multiple issues&pain, had xray & mri done, nothing showed, kind of reoccurring injury ?

Injury: If you are still having symptoms from a remote injury, return to your doctor. Repeat imaging studies may be indicated. Even if xray/MRI looked normal a long time ago, there may be abnormalities present now.
