i would like to try for a baby but had ablation done 4 years ago but it never changed my periods and i still get regular periods now?

Ablation?: You definitely need to be evaluated by your gynecologist or fertility specialist. The fact that you have continued to have " normal" periods is encouraging for your ability to get pregnant in my opinion.
