Hard work: It doesn't matter what machine you use or what type of exercise that you do. Find something that you enjoy, or at least can tolerate, and do it regularly as part of a diet and exercise program. Start slow and gradually increase. Goal weight loss should be 2-3lbs per week, so your weight loss goals are reasonable. Good luck
