I have a heart rate of 146 and a blood pressure of 131 87. i am a bit light headed and weak with some chest pains. i would like to know what's wrong?

Heart rate of 146 is high. could try reversible causes like total avoidance of caffeine,anxiety relieving yoga & meditation etc commonest cause is supra ventricular tachycardia- mostly benign & can be relieved by simple measures of bearing down ( like pushing pregnant woman) applying pressure over ONE carotid artery for a few seconds.
