On my cbca my abs eos was low @0.0 (range 0.1-0.5)and my mchc was low @ 31.9(range 32-36.5)everything else was completely normal. what does this mean

Likely no problem,,: The eosinophil count varies with time and there just may not have been any in the sample of blood drawn, not none in your blood as a whole. The MCHC also may vary. If you're still concerned you can talk with your doctor about it, but it's likely no problem. Good luck.
