Pain after Surgery: You don't say what surgery you had or when, and you didn't mention what your other medical problems are. It sounds to me like you should be seen by a doctor. Your surgeon must have another surgeon watching over his patients while he is gone. The things you say may or may not be serious. To be safe, I think you should call the surgeon or go to the emergency room if that is your only choice.
