Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. However, if you do not have fever and the pain is not severe, you may try warm tea with lemon and honey. Acetaminophen would be helpful, do not take more than 4 grams in one day. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. Get HPV vaccine

Viral URI.: Could be a viral upper respiratory infection by those symptoms. Usually this would resolve in a few days on its own. You can try throat lozenges and cough suppressants for now. If this doesn’t resolve in a few days, or if it worsens despite OTC treatment, then go see a doctor for an evaluation.
