Hard to say: Although KMnO4 is a good oxidizer and thus is good for antiseptic purposes, I'm not sure it would be strong enough to kill any tetanus on the razor. Your best bet is probably to go and get a Td vaccination, or better yet, a Tdap vaccination.

KMnO4: The KMnO4 serves s a disinfectant and as such, you shouln't be concerned about tetanus
