Low-glycemic fruitOK: Good question. Some fruit has much more sugar than others. Small fruits where you eat the peel have many health benefits (berries, cherries, grapes, apples) & don't increase blood sugar much, but tropical fruits/melons should be limited. Honey in moderation also has health benefits-as a sweetener better than sugar but don't eat for health! See http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/264667.php
