Too much caffeine.: Drinking a lot of caffeine all day long can make you jittery and it can keep you up. You can also get headaches if you go too long without the caffeine. Which means you can get addicted. It is healthier to vary your diet, and it is very healthy to get used to the taste of plain water. After you drink it for awhile you will get used to it. Skim milk is also healthy to drink.
