Yes!: Both men & women make testosterone, men moreso than women. Regardless, you need a man w/functioning testes to make sperm as well as woman w/functioning ovaries. Then you need to have good luck in timing typical sexual relations btwn these two soon after she's ovulated such that a sperm can fertilize an egg. So is T involved? Yes in that T affects libido. But so does stress, mood, health etc.
