Kinda sorta: Any form of testosterone given to your male partner will not affect your current pregnancy. However, if he continues w/said t, it will essentially render him infertile and make it very difficult, if not unlikely, for you to get pregnant again (due to his lack of sperm). There are (off-label) ways to supplement or replace t in men w/documented low t while maintaining fertility eg sperm production.
