Could stress test on treadmill really tell you if you have heart diesase or any condition?

Treadmill test: Treadmill test can be an indicator of cardiac dysfunction resulting in decreased function. Except for suggesting coronary artery disease the test doesn't suggest specific categories of heart disease.
